Quem sou eu? 6º Edição

Who Am I? is a creative project born from a strong commitment to working with
communities through artistic engagement and social inclusion, supported by the
Municipality of Porto – Department of Social Cohesion. The 6th edition was created in
collaboration with 17 older adults from Casa de Lordelo.
Each edition presents a new challenge, distinguished by its continuous adaptation to the
diversity of participants and the unique dynamics of each group of older adults. The project
is defined by its commitment to artistic excellence, reflected in technical training, body and
voice work, puppet manipulation and painting, and, in this edition, the making of part of the
puppets’ costumes.
The performance offers audiences a particularly moving and intimate encounter, bringing
visibility to the rich cultural heritage embodied by Porto’s older population.
This project is part of the Action Plan – Porto: Age-friendly City 2023–2025.
Quem sou eu? is a journey created together with older adults, in search of the beauty that
exists within each person.

A performance dedicated to Álida Rocha.
